In many cases we can replace just the glass pane (or the sealed insulated glass unit) without replacing the entire window frame. We'll assess the frame condition on-site and recommend the most cost-effective fix.
Fog between panes means the insulated glass unit (IGU) seal has failed, allowing moisture inside. The fix is replacing the IGU — not the whole window. We remove the failed unit and install a new sealed double- or triple-pane replacement.
