Justin (the owner) came out quickly after I called about replacing all the windows of my home in Poulsbo. When I asked about the cost to replace the entire window and frame, he took the time to explain that only the glass needed to be replaced and that my frames were still in great shape. There was absolutely no upsell, no pressure, and no attempt to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Just honest guidance. The quote came the very next day and was much less than I expected. Once I approved it, they were ready to install within about a week and a half. Justin worked around my busy schedule and even sent two extra guys so they could knock it out in a single day. 31 windows! Justin, Tim, Jay, and Mike showed up and crushed it. They were professional, efficient, and extremely respectful of our home-keeping everything clean and moving carefully from room to room. If you want a company that's responsive, fair, and truly cares about doing the job right, Groves Glass is it.
